Brief

Hot Source Creative was tasked to create a digital marketing plan for DittoIT for dedicated social media channels that would fit with their audiences, the task behind the brief was to grow awareness on his personal LinkedIN as well as their company LinkedIn page, raising his brand and the services he offered.

Actions

Hot Source initially analysed the IT market in their potential customer market. This was done through extensive keyword research and in depth analysis programs. This was to develop a greater knowledge of what potential and existing customers were searching. Once the research phase was completed we then produced a unique campaign which would allow DittoIT to grow the social channels we saw fit for their industry, to create a stronger awareness and more visitor attraction to their website.

Results

Hot Source Creative saw results right after the first month of activating the digital marketing plan. We were able to grow their company page and personal account at an accelerated rate using high end content that would engage with their market. The team took control of their social channels and started populating, this in result created a stronger brand and more visitor traffic! We expect as time goes on the website will become stronger, the traffic will increase and this will hopefully create a higher customer conversion through their website and their social channels. In addition, their brand will become stronger and become more well known.
